PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not agree to these Terms, including our no-refund policy, please do not use our services.

Advanced Success Technologies is a Wyoming-based company providing live events, virtual events, digital products, and related services.

2.1 Live Events

We organize and conduct in-person seminars, workshops, conferences, and training programs at various locations.

2.2 Virtual Events

We provide online webinars, virtual conferences, digital workshops, and remote training sessions accessible through our platform or third-party platforms.

2.3 Digital Products

We offer digital downloads, online courses, e-books, software, templates, and other digital materials for purchase or access.

3.1 Event Registration

All registrations are subject to availability

Registration confirmation will be sent via email

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information

Group discounts and special pricing are subject to specific terms and conditions

3.2 Payment Processing and Final Sale Notice

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Payment is required at the time of registration and constitutes acceptance of our no-refund policy

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable

3.3 Taxes

Applicable taxes will be added to your purchase where required by law. You are responsible for any additional taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

4.1 All Sales Are Final

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to:

Live event registrations

Virtual event registrations

Digital products and downloads

Online courses and training programs

Software and digital tools

All other products and services

4.2 No Exceptions

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or schedule conflicts

Technical difficulties on your end

Inability to attend or access content

Dissatisfaction with content or services

Personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Duplicate purchases

4.3 Event Transfers

Live Events Only: If you cannot attend a live event, you may transfer your registration to another person with the same name on the registration. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event start time. No other substitutions or changes are permitted.

4.4 Company-Initiated Cancellations or Changes

If Advanced Success Technologies cancels or significantly modifies an event due to circumstances within our control, you may choose between:

Credit toward a future event of equal or greater value (credit expires 12 months from issue date)

Transfer to an alternative event of equal or lesser value

Refunds will only be provided in cases where we cancel an event and cannot provide suitable alternatives

4.5 Force Majeure Events

In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government regulations, venue issues, etc.), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative access. However, no refunds will be provided for force majeure events.

5.1 Live Events

Attendees must present valid identification and registration confirmation

Substitutions are permitted with advance notice

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove disruptive attendees

5.2 Virtual Events

Access credentials will be provided prior to the event

Technical requirements and system compatibility are the attendee's responsibility

Recording or redistribution of virtual events is prohibited without written permission

5.3 Digital Products

Access is provided immediately upon successful payment processing

Download links and access credentials are for the purchaser's personal use only

Sharing, redistributing, or reselling digital products is prohibited

All materials, content, presentations, software, and resources provided through our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

Presentation materials and handouts

Video and audio recordings

Software and digital tools

Written materials and documentation

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials for your personal or internal business use only. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our materials

Create derivative works based on our content

Reverse engineer any software or digital products

Share access credentials with others

6.3 User-Generated Content

Any content you submit or share during our events or on our platforms may be used by us for promotional or educational purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.1 Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Specific results from attending our events or using our products

Uninterrupted or error-free service

Compatibility with all devices or systems

8.2 Educational Purpose

Our events and products are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, and you should consult appropriate professionals before implementing any strategies or recommendations.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, Advanced Success Technologies shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service or product

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, technical failures, or other force majeure events.

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Infringe on intellectual property rights

Engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Spam, harass, or solicit other attendees

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to particular services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Advanced Success Technologies regarding the use of our services.
